Job summary

Tokio Marine is seeking a seasoned Loss Control professional to provide Highly Protected Risk services to clients and internal teams. You will coordinate evaluations, surveys, loss analysis and training to improve risk management and support underwriting and claims throughout policy years.

The role requires a degree in engineering/science, 5+ years of major accounts experience, travel to client sites, and strong communication and presentation skills. Competitive benefits and salary range apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or equivalent.
• Minimum five years servicing major accounts (multi-locations and $100,000 premium and up).
• Specialty in HPR loss control.
• Strong written and oral communication; capable of presenting to groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft software and learning internal programs.
• Valid driver's license with no violations.
• Physically able to perform job requirements; walking, carrying, climbing.
• Able to travel by air or vehicle to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs loss control surveys for underwriting information from a loss control viewpoint.
• Coordinates loss control service to select clients with defined service standards.
• Prepares reports for clients, Underwriting and Branch on loss control status and recommendations.
• Assists in development and presentation of programs and training seminars.
• Responds to special requests from Underwriting and clients with approval from Loss Control Management.
• Develops and maintains Loss Control instructions for multi-location clients.
• Completes all work scheduled in regular service assignments promptly.
• Maintains membership in professional organizations and uses PC programs for presentations.
• Plans work scheduling in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls in job functions.
