Job summary

Tokio Marine Management, Inc. is seeking a Loss Control professional to provide loss control services to clients and internal teams.

The role includes coordinating surveys, evaluating risk, and delivering loss exposure analyses to support underwriting decisions and risk management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent loss control experience, strong communication skills, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science preferred; loss control experience may substitute.
• Five years’ experience servicing major accounts preferred (multi-locations and $100,000 premium and up).
• Specialty in casualty and property loss control.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral; capable of presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint; valid driver’s license.
• Physically capable of walking, carrying, climbing and driving; able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Performs loss control surveys for underwriting information from a loss control viewpoint.
• Provides and coordinates loss control service with annual service scheduling.
• Prepares reports for external and internal clients with loss control details and recommendations.
• Develops and maintains loss control service plans for multi-location clients.
• Assists in development and presentation of programs and training seminars.
• Completes work scheduled in service assignments timely.
• Maintains professional membership and uses PC programs for presentations.
