Starr Insurance is seeking an experienced Loss Control Manager to oversee and enhance client service delivery across the U.S. Construction Casualty portfolio.

This leader will bring broad industry knowledge and deep loss control expertise, managing large accounts and teams while promoting service excellence within Starr’s Risk Consulting and Loss Control functions. Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Loss Control experience.
• Proven people management, leadership experience.
• Broad industry knowledge across casualty lines and large accounts.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Knowledge of IoT and AI in risk management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor loss control professionals to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage service delivery for large, complex accounts and act as escalation point.
• Develop and implement service delivery processes, metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with underwriters and profit center leaders to demonstrate Starr’s capabilities.
• Attend client meetings and support business development efforts.
