Job summary

Power Digital is seeking an Analytics Engineer to lead the LookML semantic layer across our global client base. You will own modeling, governance, and scalable data products powering analytics and AI-enabled insights.

You will translate ambiguous requirements into durable models, collaborate with engineers and executives, and mentor junior team members while advancing Looker and data warehousing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning end-to-end LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL with Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Strong dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience in performance marketing analytics.
• Experience deploying LookML across multiple Looker instances.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve LookML semantic layer for analytics across the organization.
• Write scalable LookML to support emerging conversational analytics.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder asks into clear technical implementations.
• Build Looker data products for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Design LookML for scale and performance; collaborate on optimization.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce the LookML style guide.
• Employ AI technologies to maximize team leverage.
