Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring a Lead Logistic Technician to support industrial logistics in a semiconductor construction environment. The role focuses on material movement, staging, and cleanroom-compliant operations, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The position requires reliability, organization, and the ability to work in PPE and tight timelines. You will collaborate with supervisors and trades to ensure smooth moves and accurate documentation while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Perform daily material handling, staging, and transport of components and equipment.
• Maintain organized laydown and staging areas with labeling and inventory awareness.
• Operate pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment safely.
• Support bulk move-in operations, including crane-assisted placement.
• Provide safety spotting and maintain barricades/exclusion zones during moves.
• Support cleanroom logistics, including required cleanroom PPE and contamination control practices.
• Use scissor lifts as assigned and follow lift safety requirements.
• Assist logistics supervisors with task execution, documentation, and workflow organization.
• Communicate in English with supervisors and other trades to coordinate priorities.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Perform other general logistics and labor duties as assigned.
• Report hazards, incidents, damaged materials, near-misses, or delays promptly to leadership.
