Job summary

August Bioservices is seeking a Production Support Technician to ensure uninterrupted production by maintaining material flow between warehouse and production. You will stock workstations, coordinate with manufacturing leads, and manage materials for cleanrooms in alignment with the schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and familiarity with ERP/IMS systems. You will operate in a GMP environment, support cycle counts, and maintain meticulous records

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; equivalent combinations considered.
Experience in manufacturing/production environment; pharma/CDMO preferred.
Experience with material flow, inventory management, and cleanroom operations.
Regular, predictable on-site attendance required.

Responsibilities

Monitor production schedules and anticipate material needs to avoid shortages.
Continuously stock workstations, lines, and staging areas to prevent delays.
Serve as primary liaison between manufacturing and warehouse for material needs.
Communicate with supervisors and operators about schedule changes and gaps.
Issue raw materials and consumables in alignment with the manufacturing schedule.
Verify materials against batch records and production documents for GMP compliance.
Reconcile returned materials and restock or discard per SOPs.
Perform material picking and support cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Maintain cGMP/GDP documentation and proper chain-of-custody records.
