Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Senior Logistics Systems Specialist to optimize SAP EWM processes and support global SAP user training. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and locations, with a focus on change management and documentation.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Informatics or related field.
Experience in administrative and operational logistics with SAP WM/EWM.
SAP WM/EWM knowledge; other SAP modules desirable.
Basic knowledge of automotive aftermarket and IT infra is desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Very good Polish (B2) and English (B2); German a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze SAP EWM processes and develop ideas for optimization and new technical solutions.
Align processes with templates and location-specific/legal requirements.
Support change management and test management for functional and load tests.
Handle change requests from departments and propose solutions.
Collaborate with project partners in the operation environment.
Create documentation and training materials for SAP users.
Train SAP key users across SAAM locations worldwide.
