Job summary

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking a Principal Logistics Systems Engineer to join our team onsite in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be an integral part of the LCE team, working alongside talented professionals and engaging directly with internal stakeholders and customer program leaders.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with Technical Data Packages such as drawings, parts lists and/or electrical schematics.
  • Experience using GEIA-STD-0007 and/or MIL-STD-1388 compliant software.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks or CreoView.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting system drawings.
  • Proficiency in performing Spares Analysis and Spares List Development (e.g., Poisson-Based Statistical Analysis, OPUS Suite, or similar tools).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • “Hands-on” experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Product Data (LPD) development and maintenance, in accordance with standards like GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as EAGLE, POWERLOG, or SLICWave.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Control Account Management (CAM).
  • Familiarity with U.S. military supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
