Job summary
CAE USA seeks an experienced Logistics Management Specialist Level IV to join our Logistics Engineering team. The role focuses on establishing lifecycle logistics processes, provisioning strategies, and long-term sustainment for CAE USA training devices, interfacing with hardware and software engineering, PM, and procurement to align logistics with program objectives.

Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in lifecycle logistics for military/simulation systems.
- Military aircraft or simulation experience preferred.
- Proficient PC literacy; Excel, Word, Access required.
- Adaptive to working in an integrated product team environment.
- Willing to work overtime to meet contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Establish lifecycle logistics processes and provisioning strategies for CAE USA training devices.
- Define, analyze, and manage supportability and maintainability requirements; create LMI deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, PM, supply chain and procurement to align logistics with program objectives.
- Prepare inputs for Maintenance Plans, ILS Plans, and related documentation.
