Job summary

Ice Solutions in Omaha, NE is seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead supply chain, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and distribution across manufacturing and bottling facilities. You will build scalable processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, cost-efficient operations while supporting rapid growth.

You will collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Quality teams to align schedules with demand, manage carrier relations, and develop KPI dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive logistics or supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience with high-volume production/distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, inventory control, and transport practices.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and distribution across facilities.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Coordinate production schedules with inventory availability and demand.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and reduce carrying costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage warehouse operations.
• Optimize layouts, material flow, and transportation networks.
• Monitor KPIs: accuracy, freight costs, on-time delivery, productivity.
• Lead carrier selection, freight negotiations, and 3PL relationships.
• Foster Lean practices, safety, and compliance with regulations.
