Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with workforce planning, track employee training, certify timecards and attendance, create area layout and flow management.
• Provide a safe work environment and lead safety improvements discussions.
• Assign daily activities, conduct stand-up meetings, set priorities and review reports to locate issues and drive solutions.
• Assist with material accountability from receipt through processing and support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate overtime when required and log hours in OTIS.
• Understand hazardous materials classifications (Class 1).
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare RCAs for logistics reviews.
• Order supplies as required; execute cycle counts.
