Responsibilities

• Supervise daily client pick-up services for LabCorp test samples.
• Monitor route progress using Roadnet to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor service levels and ensure expected standards are met.
• Dispatch calls from CSPUP portal to routes via Roadnet.
• Assist dispatch and service reps to resolve client issues and concerns.
• Provide instruction on specimen handling and support to service reps.
