Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound transportation activities to ensure on-time shipment execution.
• Manage load planning and shipment scheduling using customer-approved carriers.
• Coordinate dock schedules, shipment appointments, and carrier arrivals/departures.
• Ensure compliance with customer transportation requirements and service-level expectations.
• Maintain shipment visibility and communicate transportation issues to stakeholders.
• Act as primary operational contact for customer-assigned carriers.
