Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to build complex Excel formulas.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to supervise and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day transportation operations.
• Lead and train transportation staff and evaluate performance.
• Assist with hiring, promotions, transfers or disciplinary actions.
• Plan routing, scheduling, and tracking of orders and shipments.
• Analyze carrier performance and resolve related issues.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time deliveries; provide updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer/carrier issues and provide follow-up.
• Prepare and file required reports and maintain documentation.
