Deloitte's GPS team seeks a Logistics Business Process Integrator - Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant to drive data-enabled improvements across medical logistics and government programs. You will analyze transactional data, document data lineage, and support LogiCole implementation to modernize reporting and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Willingness to travel ~10% depending on client needs.
• 5+ years as a management consultant or business analyst for federal government clients.
• 2+ years creating data visualizations communicating outcomes and costs.
• 2+ years using statistical methods to measure outcomes.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of medical logistics data and interpret for migration and modernized reporting.
• Document data lineage, authority, and usage across value streams.
• Lead and support project management in LogiCole implementation.
• Validate pre/post data migrations for accuracy.
• Identify and apply automated data migration validation rules.
• Support strategic business process improvement efforts.
• Optimize workflows for system-generated recommendations and alerts.
• Propose improvement strategies with Government Leads and Product Owners.
• Support multiple MVCs during LogiCole implementation.
• Plan Team Agile scope and velocity to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot legacy system issues with development and data teams.
