Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) in Columbus, OH seeks a Contract Analyst / Procurement Analyst to support procurement initiatives and contracting efforts. The role involves spend analytics, data collection, and performance metrics to guide supplier decisions and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in procurement or customer service, experience in contract drafting for large agreements, and familiarity with Maximo and Cognos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ relevant experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement and/or customer service.
• Contract drafting/administration for large, complex agreements preferred.
• Familiarity with Maximo and Cognos preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and analyzes performance metrics to support strategy and decisions regarding suppliers and markets.
• Conducts research and analysis on spend and prior contracts to assist with contract negotiation. Develop and utilize models (e.g., pricing, total cost ownership).
• Builds and maintains reports to streamline analysis. Supports bid analysis, as needed.
• Communicates findings and recommendations of research and analysis to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) and business partners.
• Collaborates, as needed, with the Supply Chain center of excellence (COE), the Service Center, and business partners on projects and other initiatives to address recurring issues, improve efficiency, and improve satisfaction.
