APL Logistics is seeking an Administrator, Shipping & Receiving in Tracy, CA. This role verifies materials match orders, routes items to the correct area, and maintains shipping records. It supports warehouse services with safe, efficient handling of customer products and trains the Senior Administrator.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with shipping/receiving operations and procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and procedures.
• Ability to write legibly and perform basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers, warehouse and customers on shipment and receipt.
• Schedule receiving times and assign doors and numbers; prepare tally reports.
• Check outbound/inbound orders for accuracy and proper signatures; manage damages or shortages.
• Direct driver traffic and access within the warehouse and assist with shipping schedules.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and documentation for carrier check-in/out.
