Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace ISC Production Supervisor is needed to lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain at the Phoenix site. You will manage production teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management functions and manufacturing processes/operations.
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and technologies in supply chain management.
