Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives that fuel growth, scalability, and continuous improvement. You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, manage risks, and deliver on-time, within scope and budget from our Des Plaines, IL office in a hybrid model.

Your role requires 7+ years in logistics or WMS implementations, strong leadership, and executive communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations or PM or related field.
7+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, PM or WMS implementations.
Proven leadership with enterprise implementation experience and strong stakeholder engagement.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to balance strategic PM duties with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with rigorous scoping and requirements.
Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation.
Prepare executive dashboards and risk assessments for senior leadership.
Direct multi-disciplinary teams to align priorities and ensure flawless execution.
Conduct risk analyses and readiness protocols to avoid launch bottlenecks.
Monitor KPIs and participate on-site or with local operations during go-lives and startup.
