The Lead Logistics Specialist will organize the distribution of goods and supplies, ensuring right items reach the right locations on time and at a good cost.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Experience in customer interface between customer and company.
• Minimum of three years of logistics experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Able to meet driving standards and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and coordinate material deliveries to job sites.
• Facilitate material orders to align with project schedules.
• Forecast needs for projects.
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and costs.
• Resolve problems or complaints and meet cost/production targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and improvements.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
