Job summary

Tactica Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Logistician to support the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G4 for facilities, engineering and sustainment, and environmental planning. The role focuses on coordinating logistics programs to support MACOM operations in Colorado.

Responsibilities include formulating plans, attending high-level meetings, and resolving logistics deficiencies while ensuring integration across supply, transportation, ILS, and maintenance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates logistics actions to support MACOM missions.
• Formulates logistics plans, operations, and procedures.
• Attends high-level meetings to brief logistics concepts.
• Investigates and resolves MACOM logistics problems and deficiencies.
• Develops logistics plans and supports operations for MACOM projects.
• Ensures execution of plans with integration of supply, transportation, ILS, and maintenance programs.
• Advises on MACOM logistics requirements and changes.
• Analyzes complex logistics issues to provide effective solutions.
