Google is seeking a senior logistics leader to drive end-to-end supply chain execution within warehouse and data center environments. You will collaborate with Server Operations, 3PL partners, and internal teams to align forecasting, materials, systems, and transportation, ensuring SQCDP—safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields including 3PL management, warehouse/fulfillment, and MRP/WMS/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and measure KPIs related to SLO achievement, safety, and project delivery.
Design and implement forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned with long-term goals.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and capacity optimization.
Evaluate organizational effectiveness of the Logistics team and identify improvement areas.
Build and implement a talent development program for team members.
