Qualifikationen

• 2 - 4 years related functional experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills required
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential

Aufgaben

• Communicate performance standards, interview hourly associates, and provide recommendations for hire
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve dispatch/warehouse productivity
• Assist in new associate training and provide coverage when needed
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, manage overtime, and meet productivity targets
• Maintain site safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
