Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Wintersville, OH is seeking a senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead multi-site distribution operations. You will drive the business plan, supervise and develop managers, and ensure safe, compliant operations while focusing on cost control and service excellence.

Responsibilities include forecasting staffing and workload, managing budgets, and delivering results with a data-driven approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide
• 2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates
• 4 years experience in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics /retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide

Responsabilidades

• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands
• Monitor and manage financials by tracking expenses versus budget and asset utilization
• Ensure facility-wide compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards; develop and maintain procedures
• Lead and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring, promotions, coaching and performance evaluation
