• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates to implement goals and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity and analyze business reports to meet facility goals.
• Ensure safety and quality standards and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Develop and coach associates and leaders, assign duties, and participate in hiring and promotions.
• Build strong, data‑driven decisions and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve logistics operations.
