Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred; 0-2 years Walmart Logistics experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and reviewing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring training and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns; provide coaching and feedback.
• Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and supporting training and promotion.
• Respect the individual and build high-performing teams, fostering belonging and collaboration.
• Act with integrity and deliver results aligned with Walmart values.
• Serve customers by applying EDLP/EDLC models and using data to guide decisions.
