Job summary

Castelion Corporation is hiring a Logistics & Materials Operations Lead to own and scale logistics for our New Mexico production facility. You will oversee inbound/outbound/intra-site shipping, ensure safe, compliant handling of hazardous materials, and build a carrier network to support rapid production and multi-site inventory visibility.

This high-ownership, hands-on role requires travel to Los Angeles and the Midland facility, and may require a U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials operations.
• Experience managing complex or regulated shipments.
• Strong understanding of multi-site inventory coordination.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Clear communicator capable of working cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own Logistics Execution: manage day-to-day shipping operations across inbound, outbound, and inter-site transfers.
• Lead Hazardous Materials Transport and Storage Compliance.
• Build Carrier & Transportation Network: negotiate service levels, pricing, and contracts.
• Support Site Launch & Scale-Up: stand up logistics operations for NM facility and travel to LA/ Midland.
• Develop scalable systems and processes for safe, compliant deliveries across sites.
