Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, seeks a Logistics Manager to lead truck transportation for Georgia-Pacific's CPG operations within the KBX Managed Freight team. You will mentor supervisors, drive freight strategies and build a high-performance culture aligned with PBM principles.

You will oversee multi-site freight execution, partner with procurement, asset management, and carriers, and monitor KPIs to optimize cost, service and reliability. Travel to customer sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people teams within complex, multi-site operations.
• Accountability for team performance, including setting expectations and conducting reviews.
• Ability to influence decisions cross-functionally without direct reporting authority.
• Experience leading change and operational improvements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight strategy and execution for KBX CPG operations, balancing cost, capacity, service and equipment needs.
• Identify and develop freight solutions aligned with procurement, asset management, and carrier capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs such as rate per mile, fuel, discount to market, on-time service and OTIF to drive improvement.
• Provide clear insights into performance, trends, and opportunities to customers.
• Partner across KBX to challenge legacy processes and drive change in how freight is planned and executed.
• Develop a high-performance team culture with accountability and value creation.
• Develop talent through training and performance feedback to support long-term health of the organization.
• Ensure the team is structured and resourced to meet changing customer and network demands.
• Travel as needed to customer sites to support operations and relationship management.
