Alene Candles in New Albany, OH is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across three shifts. The role partners with production and QA to align schedules, optimize inventory, and ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in manufacturing logistics with supervisory experience, and strong skills in ERP/WMS/TMS systems, Lean practices, and staff development. Onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in manufacturing logistics with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience leading multi-shift teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• LEAN/5S experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of three shift supervisors and warehouse teams.
• Oversee inbound logistics and material transfer to production.
• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, staging, inventory control.
• Create and execute daily pick lists for production staging.
• Monitor KPIs and improve on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing and onboarding with HR.
• Provide training and performance evaluation for logistics staff.
• Champion WMS and barcoding to improve accuracy and visibility.
• Uphold safety standards and lean warehousing practices.
• Lead cross-functional communication with supply chain, production, quality, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in SOP/work instruction development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
