Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Transportation Coordinator/Manager to lead domestic transportation activities in a fast-paced retail logistics environment. You will collaborate with carriers, optimize routes, and mentor a team to ensure cost-effective, on-time deliveries across the Five Below network.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, compliance with regulations, and strong communication with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of domestic transportation management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using transportation management software (Manhattan TMS preferred) and other tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Organizational and problem-solving capabilities with leadership skills.
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient domestic transportation strategies to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and service contracts.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide updates.
