Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist, Inbound Logistics, to oversee end-to-end domestic inbound transportation across multiple modes. The role partners with operations, procurement, customer service, and carriers to drive on-time, cost-efficient freight and ensure compliance with service and safety standards.

The position requires 5–8+ years in domestic logistics, TMS proficiency (Manhattan TMS preferred), strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in domestic transportation or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. domestic freight modes and carrier operations.
• Hands-on experience with TMS and related software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound transportation management and optimization across TL, LTL, intermodal, and rail.
• Coordinate inbound freight from suppliers to distribution centers.
• Monitor carrier performance with KPIs and manage onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and stores.
• Develop dashboards and analyze transportation spend and performance.
