Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Logistics Manager to support the ABMS program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This onsite role collaborates with government and industry to plan, execute, assess, and document logistics for C2 systems, with up to 20% travel.

Ideal candidate has 18+ years in logistics, knowledge of AFI 23-101, and can lead teams while presenting to senior leadership. US citizenship and active clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience in MAJCOM, SPO, or Depot Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of AFI 23-101, Materiel Management.
• Strong written and oral communication; workshops and conferences.
• Leadership of development teams and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as logistics advisory lead for high-visibility, time-critical programs.
• Provide logistics planning, analysis, assessment, requirements verification, and documentation for ABMS programs.
• Assess programs against the 12 integrated product support elements.
• Evaluate system design with maintainability and cost metrics.
• Develop and coordinate logistics life-cycle support strategies for fielding.
• Support government program managers through all acquisition phases.
• Draft, review, and edit final program reports and briefings.
• Brief government senior leadership and coordinate with external agencies.
