Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant engineering experience, including 10 years in a systems program office/similar organization.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with SAP experience and be eligible for access to top secret programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for USAF program management execution; develop objectives, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop technical documentation including statements of work and specifications; create leadership briefs and engineering briefs.
• Analyze proposals, support design, integration, testing, and execution; facilitate acquisition across disciplines.
• Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to R&D and acquisition activities.
• Plan and manage development and production milestones, costs, schedules and performance.
• Assist in milestone planning, tracking, and decision documentation; support program offices.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Capabilities Integration, CONOPS, security accreditations and program reports.
• Assist creation and approval of acquisition strategies and transition of program execution.
• Develop integration plans and communication roadmaps for programs and technologies.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams across classification levels.
