Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Supply Chain Management Logistician to provide direct program support to the NGAD Family of Systems at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of experience in DoD/aerospace logistics or lifecycle product support.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, sustainment planning, and logistics support analysis.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative government-contractor environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with logistics tools and data-driven decision support.
• Excellent communication skills and experience preparing high-level program documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics and supply chain support across all NGAD Family elements, including planning, procurement, distribution, sustainment, and inventory management.
• Develop, review, and maintain logistics strategies, risk assessments, product support docs, and lifecycle sustainment plans.
• Coordinate with program management, engineering, contracting, and industry suppliers to ensure readiness and alignment with milestones.
• Monitor supplier performance, material availability, production timelines, and risk drivers; propose mitigation strategies.
• Support IPTs, technical reviews, CM boards, and cross-functional groups.
• Analyze logistics data to support spares provisioning, reliability metrics, and long-term sustainment cost modeling.
• Prepare briefings and program documentation for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policy and NGAD requirements.
• Collaborate with security and counterintelligence for supply chain protection of sensitive systems.
