Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary logistics projects across offices, time zones, and hemispheres. You will coordinate stakeholders, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress with cross-functional partners.

As the Technical Infrastructure team keeps data centers running, you'll shape forward and reverse logistics strategies and drive improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years in customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
  • 10 years in domestic and international environments.
  • 7 years managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow.
  • Manage 3PL vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations.
  • Monitor metrics for KPIs and vendor scorecards; develop business cases for changes.
  • Develop and implement forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned with long-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

  • 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
  • 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
  • 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
  • 10 years of experience in managing vendor and outsourced providers.
  • 10 years of experience in scaled and supplier operations and project management.
  • 10 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations team.
