Job summary

Canvas is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to apply life cycle logistics expertise in support of aircraft systems and HC-130J programs. DoD experience is preferred, with a focus on readiness and sustained operations.

The contractor will coordinate and integrate a broad range of logistics activities, including maintenance planning, manpower, supply support, training devices, and data resources, to ensure optimal readiness and sustainment of weapon systems.

Qualifications

• Life cycle logistics knowledge and experience supporting aircraft and systems.
• DoD experience preferred.
• Experience with integrated logistics support elements and logistics functions.
• Understanding of logistics management information systems.
• Ability to analyze readiness factors and formulate procedural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Government with HC-130J systems and programs through ILS coordination.
• Coordinate and integrate activities to maintain weapon systems at readiness.
• Develop and maintain the maintenance plan, manpower, and supply support.
• Provide training devices, technical data, and computer resource support as needed.
• Support packaging, handling, storage, and transportation, and facilities in acquisition and sustainment.
