Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Yakima, WA seeks a collaborative Fleet Leader responsible for movement and coordination of product in and out of the facility, on a fully onsite basis. You will lead a team of Fleet Supervisors and frontline staff, set performance standards, and drive safety, efficiency, and service reliability.

You will oversee regional fleet operations, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, manage budgets, analyze data from telematics and TMS, and collaborate with planning, warehouse, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in transportation, logistics, or related field.
• 7 years in fleet/transportation/logistics with 3 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and fleet safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational oversight of regional fleet operations across multiple sites.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, hours-of-service, and safety policies.
• Own fleet performance outcomes: uptime, cost-per-mile, utilization, safety metrics.
• Develop and execute fleet strategy to optimize lifecycle cost and efficiency.
• Lead Fleet Supervisors and staff; set performance standards and address underperformance.
