Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years profit & loss experience preferred.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Strategic planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve issues using continuous improvement and LEAN.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees.
• Maintain open communications within and across teams.
• Review data and take necessary actions.
• May manage P&L depending on scope.
• Lead safety programs and location safety plans.
