Job summary

RB Continuum, Inc (RBCI) seeks a Logistics Analyst III to plan, coordinate, and execute materiel fielding activities in support of PM SMD objectives. This onsite role in Frederick, MD requires strong analytical and coordination skills and the ability to work with government personnel and contractors.

Travel up to 50% annually; incumbents mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with Army policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Experience with logistics data and military or DoD programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate materiel fielding missions from initiation through completion.
• Lead logistics assessments, data reviews, and readiness analyses.
• Coordinate with government personnel, unit representatives, and support organizations.
• Develop and maintain fielding schedules, execution plans, and status reports.
• Analyze equipment requirements, transportation needs, and accountability documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and schedule conflicts; propose mitigations.
• Support onsite fielding operations, inventories, and customer coordination.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership review.
• Mentor junior logistics personnel; ensure contract and policy compliance.
