HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to support a position located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The Sr.

Logistics Engineer must have experience in engineering principles, criteria, and procedures to Air Force systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, post award project/program management tasks, and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles. This role may be listed at Level 5 with possibility of Level 6, and associated salary increase.

Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field OR 13 years with Master’s OR 10 years with PhD OR 19 years with high school diploma.
• Five (5) years in a DoD acquisition program as sub-system or system lead engineer within ACAT I or equivalent special access program.
• Two (2) years of DoD SAP engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with USAF Airworthiness process per MIL-HDBK-516.
• Support requirements development, allocation, and verification.
• Review and evaluate weapon system design, analyses, and verification documentation.
• Develop technical and business data to build and present program briefs.
• Support program meetings, working groups, and reviews.
• Analyze equipment and software performance deficiencies and propose corrective actions.
