Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Logistics Manager to support the AFLCMC/HBS/WIW AWACS division at Tinker AFB, OK. This full-time hybrid role involves developing and executing logistics plans, coordinating with DoD and contractor teams, and ensuring sustainment across the life cycle.

You will analyze requirements, prepare program management documents, and contribute to acquisition strategies while maintaining an active Secret clearance. Strong communication and DoD logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3+ years of logistics experience; 7+ years preferred in DoD.
• Experience developing maintenance and life-cycle logistics plans and program management documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources required to support the program and align with plans.
• Collaborate with material and product support managers on sustainment plans.
• Develop maintenance and life-cycle logistics plans for smooth transitions.
• Develop and execute logistics and sustainment plans across program phases.
• Provide logistics analytics and key metrics for reviews.
• Support acquisition strategies and prepare SOWs, CDRLs, and RFP inputs.
