Job summary

The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a Distribution & Logistics Specialist in Apopka, FL. You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinate with operations, and ensure compliance with shipping and dangerous goods regulations.

You will operate forklifts, analyze data for demand planning, and liaise with customers, suppliers and carriers to optimize performance. A strong background in logistics and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years experience in warehousing/distribution.
Bachelor’s degree or 10 years equivalent experience; logistics/transportation qualification preferred.
Knowledge of dangerous goods and ADR regulations; DGSA preferred.
Knowledge of INCOTERM and GHS requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with operations to ensure timely pickup and delivery at Apopka logistics center.
Prepare shipping documents and dangerous goods paperwork per regulations.
Operate forklifts (sit-down and turret) daily.
Consult with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve performance.
Analyze historical data and forecasts to manage future demand.
Review orders for capacity and communicate progress to customers.
Liaise with customers, forwarders, brokers, and planning teams.
Perform inventory control and cycle counting.
Support SAP or WMS/EWM processes and data analysis.
