MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipments from suppliers through delivery, ensuring on-time customer receive while optimizing transportation costs. The role requires cross-functional cooperation across manufacturing, customer service and carrier partners in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage carrier assignments, resolve issues quickly, and use data tools like PowerBI and Excel to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all truckload shipments have assigned carriers.
• Perform all tactical home delivery functions: issue resolution, order management, and agent changes.
• Maintain communication between manufacturing, customer service, home delivery agents and carriers.
• Resolve time-critical transportation and delivery issues using cost-effective methods.
• Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and drive actions to resolution.
• Cross-train in other positions within the department.
