Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in retail transportation, logistics, distribution, or customer fulfillment.
• Experience with refrigerated transportation or cold chain logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation requirements and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Secure transportation with approved carriers and brokers based on service, reliability, safety, and cost.
• Monitor shipment schedules and carrier performance to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations/Warehouse to maximize customer fill rates.
