Job summary

Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager (Audit Lead) to oversee contractor logistics tasks for the Marine Corps program. You will validate KSD data, support audit readiness, and manage GFP/asset transfers with DoDAACs and MARCORSYSCOM agreements.

Ideal candidates have DoD logistics experience, strong audit capabilities, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. This role requires on-site work in Virginia with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; DoD experience preferred.
• 10 years’ DoD DoD experience in Supply or Logistics; substitutions allowed.
• Experience with DoD systems and audit readiness is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for all contractor logistics management tasks.
• Retrieve KSDs from sources and maintain in Government repository for audit readiness.
• Review and validate cost elements and data attributes in KSDs for accountability of equipment.
• Assist and prepare audit reports including DEPOT, GFP, and CAPs.
• Assist in transferring equipment as GFP/Loans/Bailments with proper DoDAACs and MARCORSYSCOM agreements.
• Support maintenance of accountable property records in APSR and asset transfers to gaining units.
• Provide analysis and input to remediate audit findings and recommendations.
• Support monthly roll-forward and quarterly equipment financial reporting with stakeholders.
