Job summary

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a Logistics Manager (Audit Lead) to oversee contractor logistics management and maintain accountable property records for Marine Corps programs. You will validate KSD data, prepare audit materials, and ensure GFP transfers comply with DoD requirements.

Responsibilities include gathering KSDs, supporting audit reporting, and coordinating with MARCORSYSCOM to secure favorable audit outcomes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DoD supply/property accountability; GFP/GFE management; audit readiness; KSD/ASPR validation; Procurement Integrated Environment (PIEE), WAWF PVO, GCSS-MC, DPAS, WebFLIS, TFSMS, L-DART, DAASINQ.
• Demonstrated senior DoD supply/logistics and audit-readiness experience.
• Ability to work with government provided software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
• Ability to use AI for research and document preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for all contractor logistics management tasks
• Retrieve Key Supporting Documentations from disparate sources and maintain in APSR for audits
• Review and validate cost elements and data attributes in KSDs to establish accountability
• Assist, support, and prepare audit reports including CAPs
• Provide admin and logistical support for equipment transferred as GFP to MARCOR, ensuring DODAAC and MARCORSYSCOM requirements
• Support creation and maintenance of accountable property records in APSR and asset transfers between units
• Offer analysis and input to remediate audit NFRs and support CAPs
• Support monthly roll-forward and quarterly equipment financial reporting with stakeholders' input
• Assist DON Tracker taskers with documentation and information
• Ensure data submitted to Government is accurate and timely
