Full‑time, exempt W‑2 position, on‑site at Fort Bliss, TX, serving the U. S. Army Sustainment Command Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Division. The role is located in the South West Region of the CONUS, primarily at 1741 Marshall Road, Fort Bliss, TX.

Provide services and support under Service Area (SA) and Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline: Program Support as a Senior Logistics Analyst – HAZMAT Operations for the U.S. Army Sustainment Command – Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Logistics Support Services in the Defense and Security Industry Sector. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Serve as Senior Logistics Analyst – HAZMAT Operations, overseeing hazardous material operations and inventory control aligned with NAICS 541330.
• Provide senior‑level oversight of HAZMAT operations; conduct performance analysis; lead audits; advise command on policy compliance; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure hazardous material and waste compliance with federal, state, and Army regulations; manage SDS documentation; conduct inspections; prepare environmental reports; support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support logistics modernization initiatives and performance analytics for the Army readiness mission.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
