Job summary

Remote Latinos LLC is seeking a senior strategist to own search and local visibility for home-service clients across the US. You will address technical health, map-pack optimization, citations, and AI search readiness, then explain results in plain English.

You will lead audits, optimize Google Business Profiles, manage LSA, and track performance with GA4/GTM. Strong English and portfolio of local SEO success required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO, including 3+ years of local SEO for US service businesses
• Proven results growing Google Business Profiles and map-pack rankings
• Experience building citations and resolving inconsistent business info
• Experience managing Google Local Services Ads campaigns
• Advanced Ahrefs skills, plus working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Search Console
• Strong technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema, and Core Web Vitals
• Hands-on AEO/GEO experience
• Fluent English, comfortable leading calls with business owners
• Portfolio or case studies of local SEO results (required)

Responsibilities

• Audit client websites and fix on-page and technical issues, including content, metadata, internal links, schema, crawl/indexing problems, and page speed
• Optimize and grow Google Business Profiles for service-area businesses, including categories, services, photos, and review strategy
• Build and clean up citations with consistent business info across platforms; manage call-tracking approaches
• Manage Google Local Services Ads campaigns: profile health and lead review
• Set up and maintain tracking for clients: GA4, GTM, and Search Console
• Earn quality local backlinks and recommend third-party lead sources when appropriate
• Apply AEO and GEO practices to improve AI search tool citations and recommendations
• Lead SEO and local strategy meetings with Project Manager and own client marketing plans
• Keep tasks, timelines, and documentation current in the dashboard
