Mercor is seeking a Local Political Expert for Elections Forecasting & Political Risk. This remote contract role requires authoring point-in-time political reports from an evidence cutoff and evaluating polling, win probabilities, and market-implied odds for US races.

You will review model analyses, explain the causal mechanism behind events, and meet deadlines while helping to improve AI model performance. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of direct experience in relevant roles.

Competenze

Local political analysts with hands-on experience on specific races in swing states.
On-the-ground knowledge of the electorate, candidates, and local political environment.
A record of making live judgments about polling, win probabilities, or odds in those races.
Strong polling literacy and causal event analysis.
8+ years of direct experience or equivalent performance.
