• Experience in risk management, governance, and controls within financial services.

• Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program across compensation and related areas.
• Designs and develops risk management components to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Leads risk initiatives and BAU activities, identifying risk and recommending resolutions.
• Supports governance, reporting, and control environment improvements.
